networks for high voltage up to 400KV power lines.

Mainly doing deep infrastructures inspections such as default detection on concrete pylons,
such as crack detection of the structure and on metal pylons lack of painting and corrosion.

For both metallic and concrete structures we conduct deep inspections of the wear of supports,
isolators, clamps, power feeding wires, safety devices with the use of our Artificial Intelligence solution (I.A).

To evaluate the general condition of the line, ie wear of supports, isolators, clamps, power feeding wires, safety devices, ....The Qualitics solution allows

  • To realize an automatic detection of the different equipments
  • To carry out a follow-up of cables without intervention of the pilot

Metallic pylons inspection

To detect the lack of painting and the presence of corrosion on metalic structures, the Qualitics Solution allows

Concrete pylons inspection

To detect cracks in concrete poles, the Qualitics solution allows

  • To detect any cracks on each side.

We intervene in the quarry, landfill, and mining sector to provide several types of georeferenced data for further analysis.

The Qualitics solution allows different managers to identify :

The accuracy of our measurements is performed with the use of a high end positioning system (Real Time Kinetic – RTK) achieves a precision of circa 1 centimeter
